A few questions and your resume — about five minutes.

Corzly manages short-term rentals for owners who want the revenue without the work. We support properties in more than 50 cities and have hosted more than 100,000 guests.

We're building out our luxury division. These are homes that rent for $1,000 to $10,000+ a night, and we're hiring the person who will sell it.

The opportunity, and what it asks

Start with the opportunity, because it's real.

We already manage properties that rent for up to $10,000 a night. From your first week you'll be directly involved in selling them. On calls with the owner, talking to the people booking them, and converting reservations worth more than most people earn in a year. Very few people get to enter this industry at the top of the market. Most spend years working their way up to it.

That experience compounds fast. Once you can speak credibly about how a $10,000-a-night property is priced, marketed, and run, luxury owners take you seriously, because you're describing their world rather than reading them a pitch. That credibility is what opens the next door, and the one after that. It's the biggest advantage you'll have when you go after new partners, and we're handing it to you on day one.

Now the honest part, because we'd rather say it now than three months from now.

You will cold call. A lot. Some days most of your work is dial, get told no, log it, dial again. If that's something you'd rather avoid, this isn't your role.

You'll build relationships the slow way, because that's how luxury works. Nobody hands over a $3M home because you wrote a good email. Expect several conversations, months of follow-up, and deals that die at the last step after you did everything right.

You'll have real assets to work with. We have a large database of property managers and owners built over years through our podcast and partner network, plus inbound from our marketing, and a luxury portfolio that gives you instant credibility in any conversation. What we won't do is hand you a list of ready buyers, because there isn't one. Luxury owners don't fill out contact forms. Reaching them takes cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, brokers, investor groups, conferences, and patience.

Nobody will be watching your calendar. Nobody will build your prospect list or tell you which broker to call. You'll get support, direction, and honest feedback. The responsibility for making it work sits with you.

That's the trade. Rare access, real ownership, and uncapped upside, in exchange for doing the unglamorous work that gets you there.

The role

Two responsibilities.

Own reservation sales for an existing luxury portfolio of four to five properties. You'll join owner calls, handle sales communication, and convert high-value reservation inquiries. Realistically a few hours a week. It's covered by your base salary, it is not optional, and it teaches you this business faster than anything else could.

Build and close your own pipeline of new property-management partners, with luxury as the focus. Prospecting, cold calls, broker and investor relationships, events, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, close, and staying involved until the property is live.

Compensation

Base: $2,000 to $2,500 USD per month, paid in USD, depending on experience.

Commission: 10% of the management revenue each property generates for Corzly in its first 12 months. Corzly charges a 10% management fee, so that works out to 1% of the property's projected annual booking revenue.

  • A $250,000 property pays you $2,500
  • A $400,000 property pays you $4,000
  • A $500,000+ property pays you $5,000+

We run a revenue estimate on every property before it comes on board, so you know what a deal is worth to you the day you close it. The luxury properties we manage today are doing hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in bookings.

Paid in two halves: one when the property goes live and is taking bookings, one at 12 months, automatic as long as that partner is still with us and still paying. An extra $250 on the first half for any property live within 45 days of signing.

We don't pay on signatures. We pay when the property is live and when the partner stays. That's on purpose. It means you're rewarded for bringing in partners who are a real fit.

Luxury is the focus, but you earn on every property you bring in, whatever the size. Commission is uncapped.

What we're looking for

  • Hungry to build a career and earn at a high level, and prepared to work for it
  • Willing to pick up the phone and cold call consistently, not just when it's comfortable
  • Persistent with follow-up over months, not days
  • Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth property owners
  • A native or near-native English speaker, clear and easily understood on the phone with American owners and guests
  • Organized with your pipeline and your CRM
  • Comfortable using AI and modern sales tools
  • Able to solve problems rather than just report them
  • Excited to work at a growing company where processes are still being built

Experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, short-term rentals, high-ticket sales, private travel, premium services, or another relationship-driven industry is strongly preferred. Direct short-term rental experience helps but isn't required if you bring strong sales ability and a serious commitment to learning the industry.

Hours and setup

Core availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time. Be clear with yourself about what that means from South Africa: roughly 3:00 p.m. to midnight. Our owners and guests are in the United States and this role lives on their clock. If that doesn't fit your life, this isn't the right job.

Those are our core communication hours, not a limit on when you sell. Owners, brokers, and investors aren't always available during business hours, and it's on you to reach people when they'll actually answer.

You'll need:

  • Reliable fiber internet with a backup connection
  • Backup power, so load shedding doesn't take you offline during U.S. hours
  • A quiet professional space
  • A working headset and webcam

You'll report directly to the Corzly co-founders.

What we offer

  • $2,000 to $2,500 USD monthly base, paid in USD
  • Uncapped commission on every property you bring in
  • Fully remote from anywhere in South Africa
  • 7 days paid time off per year, plus 5 holidays of your choosing
  • Direct access to the founders, with no layers between you and decisions
  • A luxury portfolio to sell from day one, and a division you get to help build

How to apply

Use the Apply for this role button on this page. You'll be asked for your details and your CV, and it takes about five minutes.

Shortlisted candidates are asked for a 90-second unedited audio or video introduction, one example of a high-value sale you personally sourced and closed — including deal value and sales cycle — and a short note on how you'd approach your first 30 days.

Finalists complete a live sales role-play, a written follow-up exercise, and a reference check.

How applying works

  1. Tell us who you are and answer a few role-specific questions.
  2. Attach your resume. Nothing else is required to be considered.
  3. You get a link to your application, so you can check where it stands without emailing anyone.
  4. A person reads every application. We reply either way.
